We hate to see anyone wanting to cancel their order but we understand this happens from time to time. If you email us at info@goodthingclothing.com BEFORE your order is shipped we will cancel your order and refund your money!

Not to worry! Just email us as info@goodthingclothing.com before your order is shipped out and we will change the order to your preferred size. However, if we’ve run out of your preferred size, you can choose to cancel the order.

YIKES! You know the drill send us an email and we will aim to exchange it (fix our mistake) for free! BUT…If we don’t have your correct size or item available we will refund you or provide a store credit. 

We also aim to get your items out as fast as we can. However it takes anywhere from 2 - 7 days for your item to be shipped out. If you think it's been longer than 7 days and your item still hasn’t been shipped, you know the drill, send us an email at info@goodthingclothing.com

The best way to wash your Good Thing drip is putting it inside out. Machine wash cold with like colours.

Unfortunately, we can not return/refund items that have been damaged because of the washing machine.
